The Charter of the Mench Pelleh 

Today, when my years-long efforts have come to bear fruit, I hereby donate all the physical  property rights of this game to all humanity from all civilizations and nations.

In the name of creation, and in the name of Iran, the cradle of ancient civilization and the birthplace of the charter of human rights five centuries ago BC (538 BC); With remembering indian civilization in the invention of the Snakes and Ladders game(dated back to 200 BC), and Mr. Joseph Friedrich Schmidt from Germany, the inventor of the Mench game in the early 20th century; that both games were invented with the aim of learning lessons from life in the form of an intellectual game; In me (Mahdi Pirgholi), was intrigued by this question that how can we teach our children in their early stages of learning the humanitarian principles, correct ways of a good living, and peaceful coexistence all in order to have a civilization free of violence throughout the world?

I have come to believe that the rulers, kings and leaders of countries that have colonized humanity or engaged in Terrible wars since centuries before the Christ, all share a common reality; They were not trained for peace and peaceful coexistence...; Their eyes were closed to one truth, a truth called man; to know that human rights are inherent and all the resources of the universe are the common heritage of humanity and are therefore for all humans...; I spent many years of my life studying the history of human civilization and the origin of human conflicts; And I was determined to find a way to convey the principles of human rights and peaceful global coexistence from the context of today's international law to children under elementary education, because I strongly believe that it is education in the early ages that is so important and can transform humans from evil to good and from good to evil. As in my lifetime, I’ve witnessed the teaching of abnormality, violence, crime, killing of human beings and horrible biological businesses in the cinema industry and computer games to children and the majority of humanity; I think they are preparing humanity for a great destruction.

For years, I’ve tried to realize this important goal of teaching children the principles of human rights and peaceful global coexistence in the form of an attractive intellectual game; As a result, I invented a new game called "Mench Pelleh" with the mechanism of philanthropic teachings and correct principles of life from the combination of the Snakes and Ladders (Eastern) and Mench (Western) games; To achieve this goal, I devoted many years of efforts and Suffering to register this new game and today, when all my efforts  have come to bear fruit, I donate all the physical property rights of the game to all humanity from every civilization and nation; And I invite governments, organizations, artists and industry owners today and in the future to have a world free of violence with the aim of coexistence and peaceful competition in the form of "shared social responsibility" to produce, and gift  this game to all children around the world. Yes, humanity can come to the stage of living without borders and a civilized life can be brought to the field of emergence without wars; And the "right to peace" has been recognized as the most fundamental right of humanity, on which all other human rights are built.

The governments and armies make weapons to destroy humanity and the environment; Instead of protecting humanity and the environment, they protect borders and ideologies; I created a weapon called " Mench Pelleh " that protects humanity and the environment. Because its function is to institutionalize peace and kindness in the very nature of humanity.

In the Mench Pelleh game, two basic goals are pursued with established mechanisms (hearts, and positive and negative numbers). Firstly, to teach humanity that to achieve goals, there is no need to fight or eliminate the opponent, and it can be done by means of peaceful approaches; That is, by helping, loving and sharing happiness recognized as "the right to peace" and "the right to kindness" and making the path of life beautiful together with all other fellow human beings. And secondly, to learn from the law of attraction; Positive thoughts lead to progress; And negative thoughts cause the downfall of man. The environment of the game circle also represents a concept of the planet that can save humanity from the monopoly of borders and ideologies by unifying global laws. With this institutionalization in humanity, there will no longer be a need to produce heavy non-biological and biological weapons to kill and threaten humans. And the rulers of the future generations will not remain indifferent to hunger, war, violence, any school of thought and ideology and any incident that causes people to suffer, because the sole goal is human’s excellence. The Mench Pelleh is a weapon with a cartridge of peace and kindness, the effect of which is to expand and institutionalize philanthropy in the world. I believe that humanity does not deserve oppression or colonialism; No color or race is superior to another, and they are all a rainbow of the world of creation that should be equally respected and enjoy equal security under a global governance.

All in all, I tried to include in the Mench Pelleh Game the essence of what I believe of the greatness of humanity and in line with "the value of peace and kindness". I also feel pity that there is no sign of such values in other intellectual games such as "Backgammon", "Mench", "Chess", "Cards" or "Snakes and Ladders” games. I will translate this Charter and the Mench Pelleh game into all the official languages of the world and provide 8 copies from each language on a natural leather with engraved pages (a combination of laser and hand) and with the original signature of myself in a special box for all nations.  Although innovators and artists are usually oppressed in their time and seen in the passing of era, I highly hope that in a not remote future, may Mench Pelleh Game and this Charter will be able to get the notice and attention of philanthropists, leaders and kings of the world to help establish a Global State Sovereignty.
